What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room is ready for you from 1:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate it by 10:00 AM.
Can I arrive early or leave late?
If you arrive early and your room is ready, we'll be happy to give it to you right away. If your room isn't ready, beach access and parking are still guaranteed. Late check-out is subject to availability (for a small fee).
What happens if I return late in the evening?
The reception is open 24 hours a day. To reach us by car in the evening, you can easily cross Via Bafile, even though it's apedestrian street.
Is the beach service included?
If you book directly on our website, beach access and parking are included. The beach is just a few steps from our structure.
Can I stay on the beach on my departure day?
The room umbrella must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. However, if you'd like to enjoy one last day of sun, please let us know at least one day in advance. If available, you can reserve an extra beach spot at a discounted rate.
Can I take a hot shower before departure even if I no longer have a room?
Yes, we have an outdoor shower so you can wash up before your trip.
Where can I leave my car?
We have two free outdoor parking lots, one adjacent to the hotel and one 500 meters away.
What time is breakfast?
The buffet is open from 7:30 to 10:00 in the dining room.
I have food intolerances. What can I eat?
We're not a specialized facility, but we do have a selection of specially packaged products. Let us know your needs at check-in and we'll do our best to help.
